Refund & Return Policy

At Planning Certification (aicpexam.com), we stand behind the quality of our AICP study resources. Because our products are digital goods delivered via internet download, we generally offer a no-refund policy.

Digital Product Policy

Unlike physical goods, digital items cannot be "returned." Once a download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered to your email, the sale is considered final.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the study materials.

  • Accidental purchases of the wrong digital bundle.

  • Incompatibility with software if the file format (PDF/MP3) was clearly stated.

Exceptions & Special Circumstances

We value our customers and want to ensure you have the tools you need to succeed. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice, we will refund the second charge.

  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to download or access your file and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 3 business days.

  • Non-Delivery: If the digital link was never sent or accessible (and verified by our system logs).

How to Request Assistance

If you experience a technical issue or believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us at planningcertification@gmail.com. Please include:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. The email address used for the purchase.

  3. A brief description of the issue.

All refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the original purchase date. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
